The right of withdrawal applies only to consumers. A consumer is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly outside their trade, business or profession.

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period will expire after fourteen days from the day of the conclusion of the contract.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Noosmedia, owner Ben Biallas, Im Brückfeld 12, 39114 Magdeburg, Germany, phone: +49 391 88687150, email: hallo@reelfox.de) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email). You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but it is not obligatory.
You can also exercise your right of withdrawal online at reelfox.de/en/withdraw-contract. If you use this online function, we will send you an acknowledgement of receipt on a durable medium (e.g. by email) without delay, stating the content of the withdrawal declaration and the date and time of its receipt.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.
If you requested to begin the performance of services during the withdrawal period, you shall pay us an amount which is in proportion to what has been provided until you have communicated us your withdrawal from this contract, in comparison with the full coverage of the contract.

Early expiry of the right of withdrawal
Reelfox is a service. Your right of withdrawal expires early if we have fully performed the service and, before performance began, you expressly agreed that we begin before the end of the withdrawal period and confirmed your knowledge that your right of withdrawal expires once we have fully performed the contract (Section 356 (5) no. 2 BGB).
The service is fully performed for a credit pack when you have used all credits of the pack, and for a subscription when the term you paid for has ended.
How we calculate the amount payable
If you asked us to start immediately and then withdraw, we calculate the share of the service already provided according to the credits used until receipt of your withdrawal in relation to all credits provided for in the contract.
Example: You buy a pack of 300 credits for EUR 25 and have used 60 credits by the time of withdrawal. The amount payable is 60/300 of EUR 25, i.e. EUR 5. We refund you EUR 20.
For a subscription, the credits of the billing period count; for an annual subscription, the credits of all twelve months.
Upon withdrawal, the contract and your access to the paid services end. Unused credits from the withdrawn contract are removed.
Several contracts
Each purchase of a credit pack is a separate contract with its own withdrawal period. Withdrawing from a pack does not affect your subscription. If you withdraw from your subscription, packs already purchased remain. Purchased pack credits remain usable without a subscription.
